Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that we do not offer any refunds or a return policy for any products. Our policy is strictly for product replacements only.
Replacement Warranty: Aerteksmart offers a replacement warranty for all products purchased through our website. Every products comes there own warranty it’s 6 months. If your product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement. In defective/damaged/wrong item case, you need to inform the customer care within 24 hours after receiving the orders.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@aerteksmart.com
Eligibility for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation). Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Report the issue within the warranty period.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you through the replacement process.
Warranty Period: Our replacement warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Shipping Policy: All products will dispatched 48 hours after receiving orders. Free Shipping in Pan India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
